Community guidelines

MatchDay works because fans look out for each other. A few simple rules keep every watch welcoming, safe, and worth showing up for.

Everyone gets a seat

MatchDay is for fans of every club, every sport, every corner of the city. Whoever you support, you belong here. Welcome newcomers like you would a mate at their first away day.

No harassment, ever

Rivalry is the fun part — hate is not. No slurs, threats, bullying, or targeting anyone over who they are. Bring the banter, leave the abuse at the door. Cross this line and you lose your spot.

Hosts set the vibe

Every watch has a host, and their house is their rules. Follow the vibe they set — family-friendly, 21+, home-and-away only, whatever it is. Hosts can remove anyone who spoils the room.

Keep addresses private

Exact locations stay hidden until you RSVP and the host confirms you. Never post someone else’s home address, and never share a watch’s address outside the people who are going. Respect the door.

Report bad actors

See spam, a scam, harassment, or anything that feels unsafe? Report it. Reports are confidential, a real person reviews every one, and we act fast on anything that breaks these rules.

Keep it real

One person, one account. Don’t impersonate clubs, hosts, or other fans, and don’t post fake watches. Authentic supporters build the best rooms.

Breaking these rules can mean a removed post, a lost RSVP, or a permanent ban. Thanks for keeping MatchDay a place every fan wants to be.
